Hana Wimberly holds a Master's in Organizational Behavior and Development and brings deep experience in HR and talent acquisition to everything she does. She is a co-founder of Snatch UP, a full-stack recruiting service built around strategic headhunting — the kind that goes beyond filling open roles to finding candidates who genuinely fit a company's culture and contribute to its long-term success. At Snatch UP, Hana focuses on making sure new hires don't just land a position but become a meaningful part of the organizations they join. Earlier in her career, as VP of HR at ThoughtLeaders, she led a talent strategy that added 30+ employees while laying the groundwork for rapid company growth — a process that required as much organizational thinking as it did people skills. Her approach draws on strong communication, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to building teams that reflect diverse perspectives and drive innovation. Hana splits her time between the U.S. and Lisbon.
